Sam and Jinny Sammis have assembled a remarkable culinary team led by co-Executive Chefs Tim Kingzett and Bob Hildebrand. They bring decades of professional cooking experience, a love of great food and a focus on our guest’s satisfaction into the kitchens of the Three Stallion Inn.
Tim Kingzett has worked at four and five star hotels and resorts in the US and France for over 20 years. He is both a graduate of and a past instructor at Johnson and Wales. Tim’s exceptional knowledge of classical culinary technique, his wide array of experiences and his incorporation of current cooking trends allow us to exceed your expectations when dining with us.
Bob Hildebrand interprets the many ethnic food traditions of his native New England with a focus on the freshest available seasonal products in developing the seasonal menus and weekly dining specials at the Three Stallion Inn. Bob is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and can be spotted both at the Inn and at The Randolph Depot.
